What we collect, and why
The contact form
We collect your name, your email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message. This data is used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries sent to us. Retention: three years after the last exchange, then deletion.
The newsletter
We collect your email address to send you our tips and news, once a month. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by subscribing. You can withdraw it whenever you like via the unsubscribe link included in every mailing, or by writing to us. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
The reminder calendar
The reminder file is generated directly in your browser. The product you choose and the dates you enter are never sent to us and are not stored anywhere on our servers.
Audience measurement
We currently use no audience measurement tool: your visit to the site is neither counted nor analysed. If we were to add one, it would only be activated after you give your consent, and this section would specify the tool, the data collected and how long it is kept.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and does not track you from one site to another. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be placed; they do not require your consent. If audience measurement is added, a banner will let you accept or refuse it, and refusing will have no effect on your browsing.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal data. Your data may be processed by our technical service providers, our hosting provider OVH SAS and our email sending tool, acting on our instructions and bound by contract.
We favour service providers located in the European Union. Should a transfer outside the EU take place, it would be governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data at any time:
- Access: find out what data we hold and obtain a copy of it.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction and objection: ask us to stop certain processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a reusable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to contact data is restricted to the team members who need it to reply to you.

This policy may change, in particular if new services are added to the site. The date of the last update is shown below.
